  • Date period, Time slice
  • Extension / Group, AccountCode / Group
  • Dialed Number / Group
  • Call Duration, Charge
  • Tariff Zone, Traffic Class, Call Type
  • Line (Trunk)

    While composing one item criteria you can use:
      boolean operators   AND OR NOT  
      relations   < <= = > >= <>  
      arithmetic operators   + - / * % ()  
      generic symbols   TODAY BLANK  
      wildcards   @ ..  
      special operator   LIKE  

     

    Examples:

    Item   Criteria   Retrieves traffic information  
    Data / From:   10.10.97   calls done after (and including) 10.10.97
    Time / From:   18:00:00   calls done after (and including) 18:00
    Tel:   100 or 200 or 222   calls dialed from the phone 100, 200, or 222
    Tel:   100 or > 200   calls dialed from the phone 100 and phones bigger than 200
    GroupTel:   NOT SALES   calls done by all other business groups without SALES data
    DialNo:   06123..   traffic details about dialled numbers that start with 06123
    DialNo:   @@@@   calls dialled with 4 digits
    DialNo:   011.. or 00441..   traffic details about dialled numbers that start with 0011 or 00441  
    DialNo:   20@@8..   calls with 3 known digits  
    DialNo:   LIKE 2045789   calls with dialed number similar to 2045789

    Charge:   >= 10   calls that cost more than 10.
